How long is the order processing time?
We will need 1 working day to pack and dispatch your order to our delivery service partners, Sing Post/Qxpress/Ninja Van.

You may find your tracking number enclosed in the Shipping Confirmation email sent to you.
How to track my parcel status?
You will be directed to the shipping provider site by clicking on the link in your Shipping Confirmation email. Simply enter the tracking number provided to trace your parcel.
I have a failed delivery, what should I do?
[Standard Mail (with tracking)] Mails will be delivered directly to your doorsteps. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, you will receive a SMS from Qxpress / Ninjavan to reschedule a delivery. There will be a total of 3 delivery attempts, after which, the parcel will be returned back to our warehouse. A $5 charge is payable for re-delivery after the 3 failed delivery attempt.
[Courier] Mails will be delivered directly to your doorsteps. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse on the same delivery day. You will receive an sms/email notification of the unsuccessful delivery and a $12 charge is required for re-delivery.
My parcel was returned to the sender.
In the unlikely event where your parcel is returned to us due to unforeseen reason, you will be notified through email/SMS. A charge of $5 is required for re-delivery and $12 for Courier option.
Can I specify the date and time for delivery?
