You may find your tracking number enclosed in the Shipping Confirmation email sent to you.
How to track my parcel status?
You will be directed to the shipping provider site by clicking on the link in your Shipping Confirmation email. Simply enter the tracking number provided to trace your parcel.
I have a failed delivery, what should I do?
[Sing Post] Mails will be delivered directly to your doorsteps. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, Sing Post will leave a notification slip either in your letterbox or slotted under your door. You may then proceed to the Post Office stated on the slip to collect your package. Alternatively, you may dial 1605 hotline to reschedule another delivery with SingPost.
My parcel was returned to the sender.
In the unlikely event where your parcel is returned to us due to unforeseen reason, you will be notified through email/SMS. A charge of $3.90 is required for re-delivery and $8 for Courier option.
Can I specify the date and time for delivery?
Sorry, we're unable to accept special delivery request.
Can I leave a delivery instruction request upon checkout?
Example of Delivery instruction request: Kindly leave at doorstep if no one is around.
[SingPost] Sorry, we're unable to accept special delivery instruction for orders made with SingPost Mail Option.
[Courier] We will state in the delivery order as per request. But there is no guarantee that the courier company will take in the request made.
