RETURN POLICY

We only accept exchange/returns for items* that are unopened and in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept any product that has damaged in packaging. 


Excludes: orders made with promotional codes, promotion, and sales items.

 

You can only return for:

1) Replacement for a wrong or defective item sent.
2) Refund on defective item


How to return?
1) Drop us an email at sales@beautyresources.com.sg stating the exchange/return reason.
2) Once acknowledged, pack the item in its original packing material and insert the invoice.
3) Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. Return parcels are to reach us within 15 days from the date you receive the shipping confirmation email.


Are there any fees applicable?
Returned parcel mailing fee will be reimbursed in the event of wrong/defective item sent. 

If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for exchange/return as set out above, we reserve the right to reject the exchange/return and any request for a refund. The item will then be mailed back to you via SingPost Standard Mail.

 

 

REFUNDS
If we accept your return, we will make any refunds due to as soon as possible. The refund will be made in the mode of a Gift Voucher, generally within 2-5 working days from the day which we receive the returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund request has been processed.

 

 

EXCHANGE
If we can accept your exchange request, and the requested item for exchange is still available, we will mail out the item, generally within 2-5 working days from the day which we receive the returned item. You will be notified via email once the exchange request has been processed.
In the event if the requested item for exchange is no longer in-stock, you may opt to exchange for another item of the equal/higher value. The open period for exchange is valid only for 7 days upon approval. After which, we reserve the right to reject any late or product returned due to hygiene purposes as well as the integrity of the product. 

 

 

INCORRECT ITEM
If you believe you have received the wrong item, drop us an email at sales@beautyresources.com.sg with your order number, and a photograph of the item upon recipient of parcel. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items mailed back to us must be unopened and in the original condition you received them in. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, a refund will be issued.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you have received a defective item,  drop us an email at sales@beautyresources.com.sg with your order number, and a photograph or short clips of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items mailed back to us must be unused, unexpired and in the original condition you received them in. The open period for exchange period on defective item is valid only for 1 month from the date of order, after which, no exchange & return request will be accepted.  

 

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND DEFECTS
We try to be accurate as reasonably possible in our descriptions of products available for purchase through the Site. However, our products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Colors may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colors are true to life, as much as possible. We do not warrant that product description or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective. Please note that items mailed back to us must be unopened and in the original condition you received them in.
